Portal Keeper...

This "young" lady has long since forgotten her name, her place of birth, etc... All personal "information" given up, when the task of becoming the portal keeper was passed to her nearly 3,000 years ago, by her mentor... Every 5,000 years, a new keeper is chosen, and the old contiues to live an extended lifespan, averaging 7,500 years old at the time of their passing. As the magic of the portals suspends their aging while they are a keeper, and then very slowly restores it, as a repayment of their time as the keeper.
