She took a shower and got dressed. She chose a simple but elegant dress and a pair of heels. She applied some makeup and brushed her hair. She looked at herself in the mirror and smiled. She felt confident and beautiful.

She went downstairs and greeted her kids, who were eating breakfast with their nanny.  She told them she loved them. She also thanked the nanny for taking care of them while she was away.

She checked the time and saw that it was almost noon. She grabbed her purse and waited for Mark to arrive. She heard his car pull up in the driveway and ran outside to meet him.

He got out of the car and opened his arms for her. She hugged him tightly and kissed him passionately. He kissed her back and lifted her off the ground. He put her down and took her hand. 

He led her to his car and opened the door for her. She got in and he closed the door behind her. He got in the driver’s seat and started the engine.

“So, where are we going?” she asked him.
