Starlight XL
The Special Forces / CIA & co. employing the Killer Clown meme/scene to recruit useful idiots to do their dirty work for them - by spreading weaponized gossip and manipulating social media feeds, without the clowns perhaps even realizing it themselves. A handy way to inflict psychological and physical violence on politically undesirable people or even get rid of them, without compromising the illusion of a Free World.
