This got a long story of burned up point until I decided to take my prompt over to Bing and create something there which I can use here as a seed image.
I wanted the type of shape shifting monsters that the Sirens of Greek mythology were, who ate men that came close.

I did not want 'cute Ariel' from Disney, but when you input 'Mermaid' it overrides everything else, even if you write 'hideous ugly monster mermaid'.
