I cannot even begin to express just how flipping happy I am with this!!

Kioku, as far as I can remember, is the Japanese word meaning "memory". Which is admittedly a great name for a character that I spent almost 4 years creating with my nephew while watching our favorite anime series together 💕 🥰.

For his backstory, Kioku is the older brother to Tenko Shimura/Tomura Shigaraki by 4 years. Like Tomura, Kioku's eyes turned red after his quirk/superpowers manifested when he turned 5.

It would take me a while for me to properly explain what his quirk exactly does, but essentially, Kioku is able to constantly absorb massive amounts of energy and then use it to negate the quirks of others through an invisible energy field that he can't ever turn off. In order to "fuel" this energy field, he needs to eats 39 lbs. of food a day.

He might be the only person alive that Tomura can't hurt with his own quirk. And that's rather heartbreaking, actually.
