This Viking was the chief of his family. His family looked up to him... Loved him... Followed him... Respected him...
As all wise men know, all it takes is one day... one fateful day for everything good to be taken away.
While this Viking was leading a few men on a hunt, a rival clan attacked his family. He returned to camp, only to find it utterly destroyed. The bodies of his family lay before him... lifeless. He fell to his knees in agony, only to hear the sound of an infant crying. He ran towards the sound and found his son... alive.
He caressed the boy like he never did before. He thought he lost everyone, but one was saved. He is determined to keep this one safe, no matter what challenge or demon or clan faces him.

I saw this in one of the challenges and got it a 5. But I can't find it in any of the challenges . Did you remove it or what? Did it get a good rating? I'll be very disappointed if it didn't! My tastes don't run the same as many others though.

THIS here is what AI art excels in! I enjoy beautiful and/or interesting/majestic pictures but for me, the best art always tells a story - exactly as yours does. And it honestly stunned me as I love to write. When I've seen an image here on NC that begs for a story, and I know the person, or I know they're nice from others, I will write a short story to fit it. So far, everyone has liked them and some ask me to do it more. But both my mood and the image have to fit.
You really did your image justice in what you wrote for it. It's left an impression on me and that's saying something! Do you mind me pointing out one error, probably a typo? I know if it was me, I'd want to know. In the second paragraph, rather than one faithful day, you likely meant fateful day. Anyway, quite incredibly amazing - both image and story!
