The Nuclear Radicist of Team Lima: Leslie Stelphine. A sheltered woman in her early years of adolescence, & known for leaving her house at the age of 23. Dr. Stelphine is also renowned for conducting experiments involving Radioactive Materials with a high dosage. The troubling part is that these experiments are done on animals to see the outcome.

But Dr. Stelphine does act quite Malevolent for some reason. Especially when she has the opportunity for a free meal with high standards.
