The Clown's Shadow

Remade from "Unpublished/cancelled" collection
The clown casts a shadow,
Hungry for laughter,
On the noisy crowd,
In a moment's glory after.
The clouds are swallowing
The circus skies overhead
And in their gloomy bellies
Human voices melt and fade!
Fear a shadow,
Fear my shadow, ladies and gents!
It's foolish and disobedient!
You've come,
You've come for laughter, I bet.
I'm sure you won't find this inane!
The crowd goes wild!
Wow, wow, wow! Laugh!
Drives everyone...
Wow, wow, wow! Daft!
The volunteer's gone,
The old clown bows down:
- Thank you all for your happiness!
His shadow scanned,
His own shadow he eyed with a frown:
- You want more?! W̶̯̳̯̤̥͗̉̃̅́H̵̨̧͖̘̋͗̈́̑͂̂̈́́͠A̸͍̩͛͝T̴̰̟̭͍̱̬̯̄͋̓ ̸̧̜̮̇́Ṡ̵̫͙̬͇̅A̶͈͉̬̗̣͖̻͐̍̓D̸͓͒͒̇̍̄̅̊̚N̴̮͐̾Ê̶̲͕͓̹͝Ṡ̶̡͇͓̯̪̕Ŝ̵̼̐̃͋͠!!

Wow....scary clown 🤡. The shade of purple colour is amazing.
Gorgeous details and use of shadows, the hand especially is striking

Epic! Wow this came out great. The fact you got him peering through the curtains is awesome.
