Granny's Tales

For a lovely artist and a wonderful reviewer @Polyanthus
In my carefree childhood, I was small and bright,
Grandma's stories at night I loved;
Tales of the forest hermit so old,
Who made the villagers' blood run cold.
With my toy sword in hand, I grumbled, vowed to slay the scoundrel,
But my grandmother's response was only to instruct and counsel,
- Listen to granny, behave and be good, Don't wander at night, don't go into the woods.
My grandmother told me with a shudder,
How the cannibal roasted his neighbor and made him fodder,
Cooked him over the fire and ate him with butter.
- Sleep tight, be still, don't make a peep, Lest the cannibal comes and takes you to keep, And tosses you in the pot as his midnight treat

Cozy Fantasy: Old Woman and Boy in Hut
A cozy image of an old woman and a boy at a hut's doorway. A magical, colorful, and detailed fantasy scene reminiscent of Alan Lee's illustrations.

Oh my god, this started out almost heartwarming, then it became one chilling horor tale!!! 😅 And I looove the picture, you’re doing wonders with the new SDXL! 😍😍😍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Wow..terrifying!!! Happy to see you back making beautiful art and spinning tales!!!
Another great picture and a gift for the wonderful Poly. 🌟🌟 Today for me - probably the most shocking story. A family horror with a parable about our inability to see or judge reality well. Reality is something else than we think, and this is symbolized by a "good" grandmother - who turns out to be a cannibal. To discover this, you need to mature, find the right "tools". And maybe this is the only positive end to this story - the discovery of the truth. 🖤🖤 It's great that you're back with your stories. Hope all is well with you.🥰🥰🥰
