Car chase - strict rules

Why stop a winning concept? Here's another challenge where your only weapon is your prompting skills. The only thing you can play with is your prompt(s) and prompt weights. Everything else must be as below

The objective is to create a dramatic car-chase scene. I want to feel the speed, experience the action. Use as many or few prompts as you like.

You cannot evolve or upscale your images. Only way to win the chase is to write the best possible prompt(s) and master the tuning of the weights.
