The challenge today is Would Had Been Great, Except... !

We all have had or will eventually have moments where our creations turn out different from what we were expecting, sometimes good and sometimes not... Examples would be things like deformed arms, stretched fingers, mutated body parts, extra heads, alternate art styles than what was intended, random pattern creations, blurred final results, different subject than what we were hoping for, etc...
