Newfoundlands ("Landseer Newfoundlands" increases your chance of getting a black-and-white coat from a prompt) Great Pyrenees (generally reliable) Saint Bernard (generally reliable) English Mastiff (generally reliable, may have to add "brindle" or "apricot" and other modifiers to get a specific fur color besides "tan"-- their fur will look different if you have a person in the prompt whose hair color is specified) Irish Wolfhound (prompt carefully-- many models take the "wolf" part out of context) Cane Corso (prompt carefully--I've had certain models think I was asking for a "cane" as in the mobility aid lololol)
