Introduction Today, we are given a piece of a rejected horror film.

The title of the movie: Slinking Ghouls

Quality: The film is distorted, crackly, & unreadable. The camera is following some *fortunate* enough woman to stumble into a haunted house.

Purpose: Is there really a point for these types of old films? Probably no reasons available besides the idea of a false sense of luck.

Year: 1923

Lead Actors: Larcy Windlins (The Fortunate Woman), Nick Sile (Ghoul 1), Percy Higgins (Ghoul 2), Nancy Drives (Ghoul 3)

Lead Director: Johnny Sirp

This image shows a woman's silhouette as she enters a spooky room in an old house. The image is reminiscent of a cinematic film still with atmospheric, dramatic lighting and hyperdetailed charcoal drawing.

Woman's Silhouette Enters Spooky Room: Cinematic Film Still

Slinking Ghouls (File Recovery 2.1)

Context: An old horror film from 1923. Some random dude summarizes the contents with boredom & dullness.

Commentary: "It appears this *fortunate* woman has finally stumbled into a haunted house. Hospitable & safe in its entirety."

[The woman treads slowly & cautiously down this crooked corridor. A white lit doorway opens to a tempting room.]

[Now, she stops at the door.]

"What is it Sally? Needles underneath your feet? Or is it warnings from below?"

A cinematic still of a woman's silhouette entering a spooky room in an old house. The image is reminiscent of a hyperdetailed charcoal drawing with film grain and dramatic, atmospheric lighting.
