Third Place
To save the Doctor from hostile aliens, Seven of Nine uploaded him into her cybernetic Borg matrix. Originally, there were scenes actually showing the Doctor's experience inside the Borrg matrix. But they got cut for two reasons:
-

-
Problems of consistency. The world inside was much more sinister than the light hearted, often comedic tone on the outside.
The reality behind this: The episode exists. The deleted scenes are made up.
