Rituals: A World Within Itself

In order to combat the Violet Riot and Scarlet Panic, the greatest of magical practitioners came together to create a base of operations for the forces that would oppose the conclusion of these events. A series of Rituals were established to give the opposing forces a fighting chance. The World Within Itself has laws of causality that loop back into themselves, granting immunity to the reality warping effects of the V. R. & S. P. the next steps will be to try to find ways to fight off the mortals altered by those events.
