The Mask of A Peacock

Bea hesitated, the grotesque metal mask chilling her skin. A tap on the screen confirmed – the mask offered enhanced combat abilities. But the transformation… disturbing. The shimmering metal morphed, weaving itself into a flowing dress of peacock feathers, each emerald plume rippling with an unnatural luminescence. It accentuated her curves, turning her into a weaponized vision.

An unsettling thrill raced through her veins. Power pulsed within her, tangible and intoxicating. With a predatory look she selected a skill with her mind, "Luminous Strike." Her bare hand reached out. Focusing on a nearby tree, she envisioned a devastating blow. In a blur of motion, her hand crackled with otherworldly energy. The air itself seemed to rip open as she unleashed the attack. The impact resonated with a deafening boom, leaving a gaping, charred wound on the once-proud oak.

A smirk appeared on her lips. The screen flickered back to life, displaying a single word in an ominous font: "Hunt."
