Rowan Atkinson was the actor for Mr. Bean and also the BBC sitcom The Thin Blue Line (1995–1996).

I’m not actually sharing all the prompt detail, but “chibi” seems to have thrown off the likeness. Thought other versions using this seemed hard an off look I think this one is less recognizable.
