DND Series : Grick (Monster/Medium Aberration)

The Grick is a fearsome, worm-like creature with a serpentine body covered in rubbery, dark gray skin, blending seamlessly with rocky environments. Typically 6 to 8 feet long, it has a head adorned with a pair of tiny eyes and a snapping beak, surrounded by four barbed tentacles. These tentacles hide the beak until the Grick attacks, making it a stealthy and effective predator. Found in dark caverns and underground tunnels, Gricks lie in wait, ambushing their prey with swift, deadly strikes. Their ability to blend into rocky surroundings and their ferocious nature make them a significant threat in the depths of the Underdark​
