Occupied Paris - A detailed giant alien spider hanging from the Eiffel tower, above a green sky after alien Invasion.

This is a hommage to science fiction novel I once read, in it Paris and pretty much the whole world was occupied by insect like aliens and they had put a shield over Paris, thus turning the sky green.
