But it's not fun. Sometimes I think that artificial intelligence reads minds.

Oh, I *don't* know!?

There are certainly mixed feelings about it. To let this curious and at time wondrous technology pass by and not partake was simply not an option for me. My entire life has been guided by and centered around visual expression which is informed by storytelling. So, I *had* to dive in and see where this river leads.

As to reading our minds. It can certainly appear that way, as it models what it digests and evolves. In the end, these are human designed algorithms - no matter what the output seems to indicate.  The technology is not really thinking as much as *we are* in response to the reflections that arise from the internal visions we put into words as prompts.

That said - there *are* moments when particular images give one a downright creepy feeling, as if there is most certainly a ghost (or faery) in the machine.
