Myself as the Kumogakure's Raikage. First good one to come from there.

Couldnt get the hidden cloud head design so i left it out along with the Kage hat. I use Lightning Technique and Earth Technique and Wind techniques.

Took 3 weeks or more and hundreds of credits but finally got it right. Except the hand again.....right one has an extra finger but least its not as terrible as all the other hundreds of hands.
