From the 80s cartoon *Adventures of the Galaxy Rangers*. These use a start image from a screencap from the show and in some instances they're quite small. Not something I want to burn a lot of credits on, but Niko was one of my favorite cartoon characters growing up and I thought it would be fun trying to get a photorealistic image of her.
