Ororo Munroe

Ororo Munroe was born in Kenya, where she was raised in a wealthy family. She was always fascinated by the elements and the natural world, and spent much of her childhood studying meteorology and climatology. As she grew older, she discovered her mutant powers, and she used her knowledge of the weather to control and manipulate it. She eventually joined the X-Men to use her powers for good.
