Duke

This is my dog, Duke. We recently rescued him from the Humane Society. His owner was going homeless and could not afford to keep him. When we brought him home, he was starving and depressed. He luckily only had to spend six days in the animal shelter. He was very skinny and his fur was long and raggedy. He seemed hopeless and was scared of everyone. But now he is the most sweet dog and happily bounces up and down the hallway, (he literally does). He now lives happy and healthy along with our other dog Louie, who recently got diagnosed with cancer and only has a year and a half more to live.
