Aliens finding human fossils

In the year 3025, a team of alien archaeologists from a distant galaxy lands on a desolate, overgrown Earth. A thousand years have passed since humanity's mysterious disappearance. The aliens uncover fragmented human remains—bones, artifacts, and remnants of long-forgotten cities. As they piece together the clues, they form theories about who humans were, how they lived, and what led to their extinction. Write a story exploring their discoveries, their interpretations of human culture, and the surprising truths or misconceptions they uncover about humanity's final days.
