I was minding my own business after the big snow fall.
Shoveling the front walkway, driveway, stairs, and all.
The snow started last night and never stopped.
It was much heavier with a layer of ice on top.
Then some freezing pellets, because it was too cold for rain.
My coat was soaked and my back felt strained.
I won't even mention, how the cold started freezing my brain.
The street snow plow driver, was a real pain.
I think, plowing everybody in was how he stayed entertained.
Now I have to shovel again, just to clear the drain.
I shouldn't have stood directly under those large tree branches.
More crashed off the back and front roof, just like avalanches.
The snow hasn't been friendly this year, not at all.
I never thought I'd look forward to more rainfall.
