The dictionary definition of a starscraper is any commercial or residential property exceeding 1 km in height - or 0.6 miles for us backwards Americans. Consequently, VTOL drones are all the rage with the wealthy residents of these enormous structures. It would be the very rare domicile above even half a km to lack a VTOL parked on the balcony. As a bonus it provides one more way for the ultra-rich to conspicuously consume; with Old World auto concerns entering the market you can get your VTOL emblazoned with Mercedes or BMW heraldry (recall corporations are people and so can hold noble titles).
