Seedling Spawn

Abilities:

Parasitic Tendrils: The Seedling Spawn uses its needle-like tendrils to latch onto larger hosts, siphoning nutrients and injecting a paralytic toxin.

Mimicry: At this stage, the Seedling Spawn small size and apple-like appearance make it easy to mistake for harmless debris, luring unsuspecting prey.

Rapid Growth: When attached to a host, it grows rapidly by absorbing organic matter, advancing to the next stage in days or even hours.

Dr. Holt's Notes: "At first, it appeared to be some kind of mutated apple — a bizarre curiosity. Then the tendrils lashed out, and in seconds, it had burrowed into a fish's flesh. The poor creature went limp as if paralyzed. The Seedling Spawn is deceptive and efficient. It waits patiently, and when the time is right, it strikes. I fear this is only the beginning."
