Meditation in my experience.
Meditation is not magic, this is just for visual impact of this peace. Meditation is stillness of mind, letting go, conquering stress or letting go when something is bothering you. There is as I see it, no magic to it, there is no higher state of consciousness that I have experienced, and unless I experience it myself I do not believe in it. Meditation is a practice I believe to be useful and that I would recommend to others the bring stillness to a racing or worried mind.
