Father Time in mythology is responsible for teaching his many children (Galaxies) how to behave properly, how to act & do their task. Next, manage the entire stream of Time & ensure that no one disrupts, manipulates, or falls out of the stream, change things for the greater good, & be the carrier of death.

But unfortunately, father time doesn't fulfill one task. Throughout his entire life, Time regularly neglects his children. Furthermore, this lets them run free without discipline. & most of all he doesn't even change anything for the greater good. He only watches all.
