*This character has no presence in any existing fantasy settings written by my hand, or anyone else's. At the moment she is an NPC concept for a future TTRPG campaign.*

Kaosandra, born of the storm which also birthed the world itself into existence. Lightning flows through her veins, and streaks out the tips of the massive wings. Seen as a goddess of life, love and righteous fury by the draconic races. To other races, she is seen as only a metaphor for the chaotic balance which leads to all creation. Little do they know, she is a very real force, but is not a goddess. Her slim form stretches hundreds of feet, with a slim and sharp wingspan that stretches hundreds more. It is through her that all storms flow, and prep the world for new creation.
