This Leshen reminds me of the Ravenstag from the "Hannibal" - It's terrifying and mythological. There was a Leshen in Russian and Ukrainian fairy tales to scare the children.

You’re right, it does look like the Ravenstag too 😍 (I loved Hannibal, such a shame they canceled that show!). The Leshen is indeed a creature of Slavic and Russian folklore, Sapkowski took inspiration from that when he wrote the Witcher books. Mythology is fascinating! 🥰🥰

Oh, wow! Totally agree, that show deserves at least another season! Now I'm intrigued and curious about the Witcher. I guess, since you mentioned the books, you are not sold on the Netflix show... (I haven't watch it yet)
