A Path Through the Storm?

Leaden sky dumps the remains of
the passing typhoon. The head and body
of the dragon are gone, but it still whips its
tail.

Would the lashing rains scour the confusion
from my mind of these last few days if I stood
outside and let it wash me a new path?

No.

New paths will only arise from my own mind.
Only those that I chose to focus on and make real
have any value. Despite the power of storms and
imaginary dragons, only I can give a path meaning
in my life.
