Wow, have you tried a negative prompt? You can use preset under advanced prompt settings. It'll be up at the top. If you click tweak it, you'll be able to see what's in it. It can change the image. I was thinking try imperfect arms, imperfect hands. You can also add to your prompt perfect arms, perfect hands hope that helps
