The young ninja has been hired to assassinate someone who was described to her as "that merciless tyrant, Queen Ozma of Oz." But instead of rushing into anything, she's quietly doing reconnaissance in the Emerald City in an attempt to figure out if Ozma's rule is really all that bad for her subjects. (This was created for a challenge to use "Green and Black" as the dominant colors.)
