I am trying to get portraits of Native American Medicine Men. Not much luck with adding tribal identities to the prompts - AI likely is not trained on such distinctions, even though they are widely varied. For the most parts I get those with head dress typical of Lakota or Blackfoot. Seems this is the general cliche.
