They say the datasets for our LoRAs will stay intact, and they can be used to make fine-tuned models on Flux. Have you got any experience with Flux? I am not a fan. It seems great for photorealism, but it has utterly failed on all artists' styles that I tried with it.
What bugs me most about this entire situation is that we, and NC as well it seems, were given so little time until the loss of the LoRAs. And the fact that NC has wanted access to the SDXL LoRA files from the creators for a long time, to be able to support the LoRAs on NC themselves, and they kept getting refused. And even now that they are shutting SDXL down, they'd rather destroy all our LoRAs than hand control of them over to NC.
Sorry for the rant! I've been oscillating between anger and sadness about these news ever since hearing them.
