Hmmm... Looks more like a poster for a Disney+ streaming TV series based on a franchise this purely hypothetical movie might kick off, but at least it does seem to have the protagonist properly centered. I'm guessing those guys behind him would be his coworkers, and two of those little guys down in front are his children.
(The others... maybe his coworkers' children? Maybe working for a supervillain gives you the chance to meet and marry green-skinned space aliens or crypto-terrestrial people or such, among other perks.)
