Looks like you found the new Lora. I’m just catching up now. It’s been an eventful day. The sale of the renovation house finalised last week and an offer on the next one went in today. This next property has some special meaning because it belonged to my friend who passed away earlier this year. Her daughters were about to put it on the market and my ex said he’d like to buy it, (She was one of his closest friends so it has a good deal of sentimental value) Plus I did her mortgage brokerage fifteen years ago when she bought it, so I know the house inside out). Hence NC has taken a back seat today. 😊
