To make sure images are seen and liked, NC sends them to the Explore page of various users (more for some, less for others). Even marked images get sent. However, there are some images that neither get marked nor cleaned. I call these "images in limbo." This is worse than being marked because these images don't get sent to any user to be seen. You can tell by the fact that they don’t get any likes, even after several days, unless someone directly visits your page. This has happened to me a lot. (I have several image of girls sitting in a chair that I haven't published yet for this very reason.) By the way, in this picture, Diana's the twins are noticeable.
