Here's a somewhat improved version of this beast. This does kind of match the in-world description I have for it. "The Blizzard Stinger is a monstrous frozen chimera of a dragon. It has the body of a large cat, the armored hide of a dragon & the sharp stinger of a scorpion". As such, here it is, even using its famous frost breath.

This is an exceptionally well designed creature prompt, and the result is miraculously close to your specifications.

- A dragon with white scales, large wings and purple eyes. Its body is a similar shape to a large feline and its tail has a large stinger made of ice. Ice crystals stick out of the middle of the dragon's back. It stands on an icy landscape letting out a beam of frost from its mouth. a masterpiece, 8k resolution, ...Weight: 1ugly, tiling, poorly drawn hands, poorly drawn feet, poorly drawn face, out of frame, extra limbs, disfigured, deformed, body out of frame, blurry, bad anatomy, blurred, watermark, grainy, signature, cut off, draftWeight: -0.3
