For what it's worth read your profile too :)
Usually I don't find a gratuitous splash of multiple colors pleasing...
But this is a very tastefull & balanced design. Even with the colorful feathers, flowers & jewelry... The viewer's eye is focused on the lovely lady's face...
To me, this evokes an appreciation of the natural feminine beauty of a woman. This would make for a lovely large wall display!
