Phoenix casuarina tree--Australian casuarina with orange and red needles like a phoenix's wings

The phoenix casuarina tree is a fictional tree I created for the sixth book in my shifter romance series, THE ALPHA'S LTTLE BROTHER LOVES A WOOD ELF (The Cresta Chronicles). This tree is a magical flowering tree that bursts into flame like a phoenix and then is reborn. It's the ingredient in a potion that allows a race of wood elves to leave their grove--they are closely bound to their trees. But they want to leave their kingdom for long periods in order to conduct business or marry other species or adventure, for example. The heroine of my novel wants to create the potion. She is in hiding escaping a marriage plot and shelters with the Cresta family, where she and the youngest Cresta prince are attracted to each other.
