It’s the start of october as I’m writing this and, to be honest, I feel overwhelmed about everything. 

My assessment checking is coming in 2 days and I’m one module behind on one subject. I was so incredibly busy that I didn’t have time to take care of myself. I wasn’t playing volleyball or watch anime on Netflix cause of schoolwork.

And idk who else to blame aside from social media and ADHD.

I wish my parents cared about my current mental health last summer vacation. I wouldn’t mind taking meds and have 1 session per week. All I care about is that I need to feel happy and better. Maybe I just want change. I wanna glow-up like the rest of the Gen Z at school.
