Fortified keep opposite the town of Relpool

Although the City of Relpool is one of very few towns in The Viscounty of Eventide both the island and sandbank behind the island were unclaimed. The Keep protects shipping using the Port City of Uskarn from Pirates, Buccaneers, Freebooters and The Scarlet Brotherhood. Supplies for the keep are unloaded at the rear of the island and then winched back to the keep via no less the three pepperpot towers with ascending cables and baskets. The island is guarded continuously by at least two Storm Mages, often more.
