Punisher Pirate

During the golden age of Pirates, there was a great Treasure Hunter namex Maxwell Longshanks. His heroic efforts to defend the waters of the crown were peppered with run-ins with Privateers and Pirates without mercy or morality, but he prevailed time after time. Claiming endless victories on the high seas, he became enthralled and nearly obsessed with stories of Atlantis and ancient Egyptian treasures, rumoured to be buried in island sands and caves and coves, sometimes deeply submerged. Maxwell would go on to develop advanced techonology for his time in not only warfare, but undersea exploration, allowing him and his deeply loyal crew to risk life and limb but to explore reaches not dreamt of by his contemporaries. His crest now calls us to the seas, wherein is the blood of our life, the waters of eternal purpose.
