Larkin sighed. “We don’t have weeks. Tyra, we have a Goa’uld invasion imminent. Can’t you just beam the Naquadah out of her?”
“Oh, I wish I was that simple, Marcus. But we can't do that at this time,” Laikin let out another sigh.
Tyra turned to Helena, “How do you feel currently, with the inhibitor?” she asked.
“I feel fine, Tyra,” Helena replied. “No headaches to report.” She paused. “I agree with the Colonel. We should wait until the crisis has passed.”
“Well, thanks for coming out here, Tyra,” Larkin said. “I’ve talked with your CO about you staying here for the time being and he agrees with me. We may need you to treat any casualties we may have.”
“Spoken like a true boy scout, old scallywag,” said Tyra. “I'll set up camp here.” She turned to Helena, “You can go now, Sister.”

“Thank you, Tyra,” Helena replied. She turned to Colonel Larkin. “Colonel, there is a scenic spot about a half a klick out of the village. May I go and pray there?”
Larkin thought for a moment as he looked at his watch. It was 17:30. “How long are you going to be gone?”
“About 30 minutes. Father Anslem asked me to give a meditation after Evensong,” Helena replied.
“Request granted. Take your radio and your Zat with you.”
“Thank you, sir.” Helena left for her quarters to change into her habit and transferred her radio and her Zat to her satchel along with a prayer book she had received from Mother Superior on the day she entered Carmel. Its title was Manual for Christians but the sisters called it The Manual.
