This was definitely not the plan for the night. She didn't realize everyone was gathering at the pool before they headed out for the night. She had missed the part about the pool, but was willing to sit by the edge and watch. Her jeans didn't want to stay rolled up so she left her boots on to try and deter her urge to stick her feet in, but it didn't work. Her boots and jeans were now wet and she was seriously considering getting all the way in. She wondered how long it would take to dry if she went all the way in. She was fine with being wet, but wondered how her friends would react. They had been urging her to join them knowing she didn't have anything else to wear for the night. She finally decided she couldn't resist and slid off the edge into the pool.
