Dorothee did not know what was worse. That she was depressed or (as she learned from a friend) that she seemed to be too cute to have depression. Besides the outgrown clinical depression, she suffered from RKF. She learned that meant "Resting Kind Face", something funny which the internet people made up.

Anyhow, people DID mention her beauty and kindness and all that, so Dorothee decided not to break with the people's feelings that at times she was deeply disturbed.

Now she sat here, loomingly, but nobody noticed because of RKF. But that was just another problem. Way worse was that she felt that kind of mentally yucky where nothing makes sense, where she is tired of going to work, and simply sad. A sadness beyond she could explain to someone.
