The natives say it's a time machine from centuries before. We had our doubts but, upon entering it, we discovered a vast array of mechanics too advanced for it's supposed creation. Then the natives showed us an old-battered photo of a man standing next to it, a big smile on his face. One of us recognized the man. It was H. G. Wells.  Gods, his book wasn't just a story. He'd lived it.
